Dental offices are always in need of dental assistants with extensive training and real-world experience to assist with management and operation. The Genesis dental assistant program’s curriculum prepares its students for this vital role through career-specific skills training. During your dental assistant training at Genesis you will learn the important skills needed for your career such as: providing supportive oral health care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, performing laboratory procedures and assisting in the management of a dental office.
Genesis’ cosmetology school offers programs in Nashville, Lebanon, and Cookeville, Tennessee as well as Dalton, Georgia. Our cosmetology program prepares students to pursue careers in salons, spas and other businesses in the beauty and wellness industry. The program offers 50 weeks of hands-on classroom instruction, in which students will learn techniques such as: Haircutting and styling, color and texture, permanent waving, manicures and pedicures, style trends and makeup application. Our graduates develop all the tools they need to join salons, start their own business or pursue any other career opportunities that the cosmetology field has to offer.
